The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, surrounded by good restaurants. The rooms are big and clean, with comfortable sleep quality. The staff is polite and accommodating, providing good service. Amenities like tea/coffee machine, water fridge, and other facilities are provided for convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable.
The wait for the buffet breakfast can be quite long at times.

Great location, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and well-maintained, with prompt service for any requests. The amenities provided were of good quality and the free buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice bonus. The staff, especially Mr Shawn in the breakfast room, was friendly and attentive. The hotel also had a nice pub with a sit-out area.
There was construction work happening outside the hotel, which affected the appearance from the exterior. the front door was locked at night and guests had to go through the basement to reach the reception area.

Got a decent deal on a hotel located centrally with good restaurants around. The tea/coffee machine in the room kept us going when we woke up.
The staff informed us at the last minute that the hotel had cancelled our reservation without explanation. We had to frantically look for another hotel nearby.
